Stellar Holdings. That's the company that might have it out for you. It's the only thing I've been able to find out that's directly connected to all of the stores that've banned you from doing tournaments. Seriously!
Actually, I had only found out about this like, a few days ago, but apparently there's a duelist that's getting sponsored directly by them that's been doing some of the recent tournaments at the stores-- I only noticed it since I've been joining so many of them, but I kept seeing the same name on the roster more and more.
